About LottoBC Mobile

Gambling in British Columbia is conducted, managed and operated by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC), a provincial Crown corporation.

Who we are

LottoBC Mobile is operated by the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC), a Crown corporation of the Province of British Columbia, based at 74 West Seymour Street, Kamloops, BC V2C 1E2, Canada. BCLC was continued as a Crown corporation under the Lottery Corporation Act (British Columbia), S.B.C. 1985, c. 50 — Sections 1 to 11 of which took effect on 1 April 1991 — and is authorized to conduct, manage and operate provincial gaming schemes on behalf of the Government of British Columbia under the Gaming Control Act (British Columbia) and Section 207 of the Criminal Code of Canada. Our offering covers lotteries (including Lotto Max, Lotto 6/49, BC/49, Extra, Keno and BC 50/50), casino / eGaming and virtual sports games, each only to the extent BCLC is authorized to provide them in the province.

Our mission

Our mission is to provide gambling entertainment in a way that is safe, responsible and fair. We design our games and services to be clear and transparent, to make responsible-gambling tools easy to use through GameSense, and to treat every player with respect. Gambling should be entertainment — never a way to make money or solve financial problems.

How we are governed, and our authority to operate this domain

This domain operates under the Provincial Gaming Operations Authorization issued by the Ministry of Finance, Office of the Minister, Province of British Columbia, and signed by the Minister of Finance. The Authorization recognises BCLC as the Crown corporation authorized to conduct, manage and operate provincial gaming schemes on behalf of the Government of British Columbia, and confirms that https://lottobcmobile.co/ is designated as an official digital gaming platform and information portal operated under BCLC's authority. The gaming category is Provincial Gaming Scheme; the authorized operator is BCLC, Kamloops, British Columbia.

The applicable legislative authority named in it is: Section 207 of the Criminal Code of Canada; the Gaming Control Act (British Columbia); the Gaming Control Regulation; the Lottery Corporation Act (British Columbia); the Rules and Regulations Respecting Lotteries and Gaming established by BCLC; the Responsible Gambling Requirements of British Columbia; and all other applicable legislation and regulatory requirements governing provincial gaming schemes within the province.

The authorized gaming products and services are Provincial Lottery Products, Sports Betting, Online Casino Gaming, Digital Gaming Services, and Player Information and Responsible Gambling Services. Day-to-day oversight of gambling in British Columbia is provided by the Independent Gambling Control Office (IGCO). Licence: Statutory authorisation under Section 207 of the Criminal Code of Canada, the Gaming Control Act (British Columbia) and the Lottery Corporation Act (British Columbia). There is no numeric licence: a provincial Crown corporation conducts and manages gaming under statute, not under a licence issued to it by a third party.

The distinction matters and is easy to blur: BCLC does not hold a gaming licence issued by a third party. A provincial Crown corporation conducts and manages gaming under statute — the Gaming Control Act (British Columbia) and s. 207 of the Criminal Code of Canada — with oversight by the Independent Gambling Control Office. The Provincial Gaming Operations Authorization is the instrument that designates this domain as an official platform.

s. 207 Criminal Code of Canada The provision under which a province may conduct and manage gaming

None Numeric licence A Crown corporation operates under statute, not a third-party licence

Responsibility first

Responsible gambling is central to how we operate. Through our GameSense program, every player can set deposit and time limits, use reality checks, take a break, or enrol in Game Break (Voluntary Self-Exclusion) at any time. We promote play as entertainment, verify that players are 19+ and resident in British Columbia, and make help easy to find.

The GameSense tools are part of the account rather than a page linked from it, and 'Set my limits' sits in the header of every page for the same reason. A control you have to search for at the moment you need it is a control that does not work.

Our games

Our line-up covers British Columbia lotteries such as Lotto Max, Lotto 6/49, BC/49, Keno, BC 50/50 and Extra, alongside casino / eGaming and virtual sports games. Each game presents its rules, schedule and the information you need before you play. Outcomes of eligible games are determined by a certified random number generator that is independently tested.

Fairness and security

Outcomes of eligible games are produced by a certified random number generator whose software is tested and certified for randomness by independent third parties, and results are final once validated. Your account is protected with modern security, including encryption and access controls. We verify identity, age and British Columbia residency (KYC) to keep play safe and compliant, and we handle personal information in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (British Columbia).

Outcomes of eligible games come from certified random number generators tested by accredited independent laboratories. Personal information is handled under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and the site loads nothing from a third-party server — no external fonts, no trackers, no advertising tags.

Support when you need it

Our Customer Support team can help with your account, payments, verification, responsible-gambling tools and game questions. You can reach us by email at support@lottobcmobile.co. Complaints we cannot resolve directly may be escalated to the Independent Gambling Control Office.

Available in British Columbia

Our services are available only to players who are 19 years of age or older and resident in and physically located in British Columbia. BCLC is not authorized to offer gambling outside the province. Net proceeds from gambling in British Columbia benefit the province and the programs it supports.

Registration and play are open only to people 19 or older who are resident in and physically located in British Columbia. This is the boundary of the authority under which gaming is conducted here, and it is checked rather than assumed.
