Accepted methods

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, Interac e-Transfer, Interac Online, PayPal, Web Cash and Online Bill Payment. Apple Pay is not supported. Funds must come from an account in your own name; third-party deposits are not accepted.

Limits

The minimum deposit is $5. The maximum account balance is $250,000. Your own weekly deposit limit, which you set when you register, applies on top of these limits and always takes precedence: once it is reached, you cannot deposit again until the period resets. A decrease to your deposit limit takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect only 24 hours after you request it.

A minimum deposit exists so that a payment does not cost more to process than it is worth, and a maximum balance exists as an anti-money-laundering control rather than as a restriction on play. Neither is the same thing as a responsible-gambling limit: those you set yourself, in your account, and they are the ones that govern what you can spend.

The limits you set yourself
Deposit limit Daily, weekly or monthly Applies across the whole account, not per game
Time limit Daily Counts play time, not time signed in
Lowering a limit Immediate Takes effect the moment you set it
Raising a limit After 24 hours Cancellable at any point in that window

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid to a verified payment instrument in your own name and only after identity, age and British Columbia residency verification (KYC) is complete. We may delay or refuse a withdrawal where verification is incomplete, where we suspect fraud or money laundering, or where required by law. Processing times per method are shown in the table below.

Withdrawals are returned to the method the deposit came from wherever that is possible. This is a requirement rather than a preference — routing money back the way it arrived is one of the basic anti-money-laundering controls, and it also protects you if someone else gains access to your account.

What happens to a withdrawal request
  1. 1 You request the withdrawal From your account, to the method you deposited from
  2. 2 Identity and residency are confirmed Through Document Upload, if not already complete
  3. 3 The request is processed Timing depends on the method — see the table above
  4. 4 Funds are returned To the originating method wherever that is possible

Fees and currency

We do not charge a fee for deposits or withdrawals. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may apply its own charges, and any currency conversion is done by them, not by us. All transactions on the account are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

All balances, limits and payouts are held and settled in Canadian dollars. If your bank or card issuer converts from another currency, or applies its own fee, that is between you and them — it is not applied here and it is not visible to us.

Confirmation still required

The processing times shown as “To be confirmed by the operator” are pending confirmation of the final list of payment providers by the operator. They will be replaced with the contractual processing times before this page is published.

Where a figure on this page is marked as pending confirmation it is genuinely pending, and we would rather show that than publish a number we cannot stand behind. Customer Support can tell you the current position for a specific method.
