The rules are available before you play
Every game on the site publishes its rules on its own page, and you can read them without signing in and without paying for anything. If a game has a minimum stake, a maximum win, a return-to-player figure or a condition attached to a bonus feature, that belongs in the rules — not in the small print of a promotion.
Certified random number generation
Outcomes of eligible games are determined by a certified random number generator. Certification is not a claim we make about ourselves: the software is tested by accredited independent laboratories against a published standard, and it is re-tested when it changes. A result is final once it has been validated.
Published odds and prize tiers
Odds are a property of the game, so we publish them rather than describe them. Prize tiers and the odds of winning each tier are set out in the Specific Conditions of Use, and every game card links there directly. We do not restate odds in marketing copy, because a number repeated loosely stops being a number and becomes a suggestion.
Logs, audits and disputes
Game logs are retained so that any individual result can be reconstructed and checked after the fact. If you believe a result is wrong, Customer Support can raise it for review, and the Independent Gambling Control Office provides oversight of gaming conducted and managed in British Columbia.
