How prizes are paid

How prizes are paid

From a validated draw to a verified payout — here is how it works.

From the draw to a validated result

A draw result is not final the moment it is drawn. It is validated first, against the game logs and the certified system that produced it, and only then applied to tickets. Validation is usually quick, but it is the step that makes a result reliable, so it is never skipped.

Smaller prizes are credited to your account

For online play, prizes up to the threshold set out in the Specific Conditions of Use are credited directly to your player account once the result is validated. You can leave them there to play with or request a withdrawal to the method you deposited from.

Larger prizes have a claim procedure

Above that threshold a prize is claimed rather than credited, and the claim is handled directly with you. That process exists to confirm the ticket, confirm the winner and meet the reporting obligations that apply to large payouts. Customer Support will tell you exactly what is needed and how long each step takes.

Identity checks are part of paying out

Before a withdrawal is released we confirm that you are who you registered as, that you are 19 or older and that you are resident in British Columbia. Document Upload handles this inside your account. The checks are a legal requirement under anti-money-laundering rules, and completing them early means a payout is not held up later.

How long it takes

Processing times depend on the payment method and are published on the Payment Methods page alongside any limits and fees. Withdrawals are returned to the method you deposited from wherever that is possible.
